Requirements:
We are seeking candidates who are enthusiastic about developing their skills and are keen to share the value insurance and financial products bring in managing everyday risks and fulfilling dreams.
Employees of State Farm agents must successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
- Property & Casualty License (must be obtainable)

Responsibilities:
We encourage each team member to leverage their unique skills and insights daily in assisting our customers.
- Employ a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Cultivate customer relationships and provide necessary follow-up support.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
- Utilize exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet customer needs while fostering business development.
- Actively participate in hands-on learning and coaching to become an industry expert.

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, located in Round Rock, TX
Compensation: $40,000-$55,000 Per Year
